As the Director of HOWTPL , he has been pivotal in transforming the company into a leading player in the industry, renowned for its innovative approaches and commitment to excellence.

2013: Started operations in food grains transportation.

2018: Expanded into logistics and infrastructure, beginning with two major clients(JSW Cement,ACC Cement) in HOWTPL.

2019-2024:Achieved significant growth in turnover and operations in HOWTPL including:

   -As of March 2024, we have lifted more than 20lacs MT, and our turnover has reached 202 crores.

   -Growth driven by deploying owned vehicles, conducting in-house operations, and adopting digitalization products like GPS,Fastag & Automation     in operations.

With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the logistics sector,Mr. Shivjeet Jaiswal is embarking on an exciting new venture: the founding of SMJ Logistic.Drawing on his extensive industry knowledge,his aims to redefine the logistics landscape by introducing innovative, customer-centric solutions that prioritize efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. SMJ Logistic is poised to address the evolving needs of the logistics industry, emphasizing cutting-edge technology, digitalization, and eco-friendly practices. By integrating advanced GPS systems, digital tracking, and fast-tagging mechanisms, SMJ Logistic ensures real-time monitoring and streamlined operations, significantly enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Future Plans:

At SMJ Logistic, we aim to establish a national presence and expand our manufacturing of construction materials. Success will come from innovative products, top-tier material sourcing, and efficient, state-of-the-art facilities.

Our fleet comprises over 251 vehicles, including Bulkar, Trailer, Refer, and Body types with various axle configurations (6, 8, 10, 14, 16, and 18 wheels). Designed for reliability and flexibility, our vehicles are equipped to handle diverse cargo requirements across India.
